摘  要:目的分析CT与MRI增强扫描应用于透明细胞软骨肉瘤的诊断价值。方法选择我院2016年1月—2018年7月诊治的84例透明细胞软骨肉瘤疑似患者作为研究对象。全部患者均进行CT增强扫描(CT)与MRI增强扫描(MRI),比较两种检验方法的诊断结果。结果采用CT检验中,存在12例透明细胞软骨肉瘤;采用MRI检验中,存在10例透明细胞软骨肉瘤,两种检验方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两种检验方法主要病变部位为股骨位置,形态则主要为叶状;两种检验方法的钙化类型以点状钙化为主,骨质破坏程度以溶骨性破坏为主,MRI中有8例不均匀分隔状强化,CT中则有7例。结论 MRI与CT增强扫描均可有效诊断透明细胞软骨肉瘤,临床可依照患者的具体情况为其选择适宜的检查方法,以提升诊断结果。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of enhanced CT and MRI scanning in chondrosarcomaof clear cells.Methods 84 suspected cases of hyaline cell chondrosarcoma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent enhanced CT scan (CT) and enhanced MRI scan (MRI),and the diagnostic results of the two methods were compared.Results There were 12 cases of hyaline cell chondrosarcoma in CT examination and 10 cases of hyaline cell chondrosarcoma in MRI examination.There was no significant difference between the two methods (P>0.05).The main lesion location of the two methods was femur,while the shape of the lesion was leaf.Spot calcification was the main type of calcification,osteolytic destruction was the main type of bone destruction.There were 8 cases of non-uniform septal enhancement on MRI and 7 cases of CT.Conclusion Both MRI and CT enhanced scan can effectively diagnose hyaline cell chondrosarcoma. Clinically,appropriate examination methods can be selected according to the specific conditions of patients to improve the diagnosis results.
