摘　　要：目的探究腰硬联合麻醉中不同脑脊液流速对麻醉效果的影响。方法选取我院收治的111例接受腰硬联合麻醉手术的患者作为研究对象,将患者分为A组(n=57)和B组(n=54)。其中,A组患者的脑脊液流速为0.10 mL/s,而B组患者的脑脊液流速为0.06 mL/s,进而对两组患者麻醉后的效果进行比较。结果 A组经过麻醉后的最高阻滞平面出现时间(10.06±0.21)min,短于B组经过麻醉后的最高阻滞平面出现时间(16.28±0.69)min;而运动阻滞评分(2.68±0.31)分,高于B组的运动阻滞评分(2.12±0.16)分,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论若患者的脑脊液流速为0.10 mL/s,将0.5%罗哌卡因通过推注的方式对患者进行麻醉工作将会产生良好的麻醉效果,对于患者手术治疗效果的提升拥有着显著的效果,有利于促进患者的身体健康。Objective To investigate the effects of different cerebrospinal fluid flow rates on anesthesia in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 111 patients undergoing combined spinal-epidural anesthesia were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into group A (n=57) and group B (n=54).The CSF flow rate in group A was 0.10 mL/s.The CSF flow rate in group B was 0.06 mL/s.Then the effect of anesthesia was compared between the two groups.Results The occurrence time of the highest block plane after anesthesia in group A was (10.06±0.21) min,which was shorter than that in group B (16.28±0.69) min.However, the motor block score (2.68±0.31) points,which was higher than that of group B (2.12±0.16) points.There was a significant difference in the data between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion If the patient's cerebrospinal fluid flow rate is 0.10 mL/s,0.5% ropivacaine will give a good anesthetic effect by anesthesia,which will have a significant effect on the improvement of surgical treatment.It is conducive to promoting the health of patients.
