右美托咪啶应用于2型糖尿病患者全身麻醉中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪啶在2型糖尿病患者全身麻醉中的临床应用效果。方法选取于2017年3月—2018年3月在院采取手术治疗并需行全身麻醉的2型糖尿病患者86例作为研究对象。依单双号分组法,将其分为对照组和研究组。于手术期间分别静脉注射生理盐水和右美托咪啶,比较两组患者不同时间点的血流动力学指标与血糖水平变化情况。结果研究组患者T_2时的HR和MAP水平明显优于对照组,T_1、T_2和T_3时的FBG水平低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者各时间点的SpO2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者全身麻醉过程当中应用右美托咪啶可维持患者生命体重稳定,促进手术的顺利进行。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent surgery and general anesthesia from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the single and double number grouping method, they were divided into control group and research group.Normal saline and dexmedetomidine were injected intravenously during the operation. The changes of hemodynamic indexes and blood sugar levels at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results HR and MAP levels at T2 in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and FBG levels at T1,T2 and T3 were lower than those in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 levels between the two groups at different time points (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine during general anesthesia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can maintain the stability of life and weight and promote the smooth operation.
