摘　　要：目的探究血管闭合装置在心血管介入治疗后股动脉止血中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年8月—2018年8月接收的86例行血管闭合装置心血管介入治疗患者作为研究对象。采用抽签法,将其分为研究组和参照组,每组各43例。参照组采取手工压迫常规止血,研究组采用CordisExoseal血管闭合器进行止血干预,观察、比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者的住院指标优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者舒适度评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在心血管介入治疗后股动脉止血中应用血管闭合装置,能够在短时间内达到止血目的,使患者恢复运动能力,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the application of vascular closure device in femoral artery hemostasis after cardiovascular interventional therapy.Methods 86 patients who underwent cardiovascular interventional therapy for vascular closure devices received from August 2017 to August 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects.Using the drawing method, they were divided into study group and reference group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was subjected to manual oppression and hemostasis.The study group used the CordisExoseal vascular occlusion device to perform hemostasis intervention,and observed and compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The hospitalization index of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vascular closure device in the femoral artery hemostasis after cardiovascular intervention can achieve the purpose of hemostasis in a short time,so that the patient can resume exercise and reduce the occurrence of complications.
