摘　　要：目的系统评价针灸治疗外科手术后胃轻瘫的有效性。方法通过检索PubMed、EMbase、CBM、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方数据、维普网(VIP),筛选多个针灸治疗与常规药物治疗治疗外科手术后胃轻瘫的临床随机对照试验文献进行Meta分析,检索时限均为建库截至2016年12月。通过筛选文献,从中提取数据并进行文献质量评价后,采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入13个临床随机对照试验研究,合计治疗组371例,对照组351例。Meta分析后结果显示如下,联合针灸组术后胃轻瘫总有效率优于单纯西医治疗,差异具有统计学意义[OR=6.91,95%CI(3.35,14.26),Z=5.23,P<0.000 01],两组治疗时间比较,差异具有统计学意义[MD=-8.83,95%CI(-17.11,-0.55),P <0.05]。结论针灸辅助治疗术后胃轻瘫可提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,由于纳入研究的质量评分较低,仍需通过高质量的临床随机对照试验进行验证。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion for postoperative gastroparesis.Methods Though PubMed, EMbase,CBM,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,a meta- analysis was carried out on selected randomized controlled clinical trials of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and conventional drug treatment for gastroparesis after surgical operation.The retrieval time was up to December 2016.After screening literature,extracting data from it and evaluating the quality of literature,Meta-analysis was carried out with Review Manager 5.3 software.Results 13 randomized controlled clinical trials were included,totaling 371 cases in the treatment group and 351 cases in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of combined acupuncture and moxibustion group was better than that of Western medicine alone,the difference was statistically significant [OR = 6.91,95% CI (3.35,14.26),Z=5.23,P<0.000 01]. There were statistically significant differences in treatment time between the two groups [MD=-8.83,95% CI (-17.11,-0.55),P<0.05].Conclusion Acupuncture assisted treatment for postoperative gastroparesis can improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the treatment time.Because the quality score of the included study is low,it still needs to be validated by high quality clinical randomized controlled trials.
