肾炎康复片和厄贝沙坦片治疗慢性肾炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析联用肾炎康复片与厄贝沙坦片治疗慢性肾炎的效果。方法选取2016年6月—2018年5月我院收治的慢性肾炎患者91例作为研究对象,采用随机分配法,将其分为两组。实验组46例,采取肾炎康复片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗;对照组45例,单纯采取肾炎康复片治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组24 h蛋白尿量、血肌酐、舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,且实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者的不良反应发生率,与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在慢性肾炎治疗中采取肾炎康复片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗效果显著,能够有效控制患者病情。Objective To analyze the effect of combined nephritis rehabilitation tablets and Irbesartan Tablets on chronic nephritis.Methods 91 cases of patients with chronic nephritis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Random allocation method was used to divide it into two groups.46 cases in the experimental group were treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with irbesartan tablets.In the control group,45 cases were treated with shenyan kangfu tablet alone.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The 24-hour proteinuria volume,serum creatinine, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,the combination of shenyan kangfu tablets and irbesartan tablets has a remarkable therapeutic effect,which can effectively control the patient's condition.
