摘 要:目的调查南京工业大学非医学专业在校学生急救知识与技能的获取途径,探讨新媒体模式下开展大学生急救知识普及与技能培训的意义与方法。方法采用随机抽样调查方法,抽取该校大一到大四学生550名进行问卷调查,最终回收有效问卷500份。结果参与调查学生中90.0%(450/500)通过网络获取急救信息,43.6%(218/500)通过网络学习急救知识,31.8%(159/500)参加过初级救护员培训;77.4%(387/500)的学生愿意关注急救知识科普公众号,77.4%(387/500)的学生希望公众号推送急救知识,75.2%(376/500)的学生希望推送健康生活常识;43.6%(218/500)的学生希望公众号发布内容的形式为动画、视频、音频类,38.8%(194/500)的学生希望发布形式为图文类;有急救知识需求的女生在接受调查女生中占85.7%(156/182),而男生占32.4%(103/318),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=39.23,P<0.01)。结论大学生的应急救护知识有待进一步提高,新媒体的应用是普及应急救护培训的良好方式。Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the access path for first-aid knowledge and skills of nonmedical students at Nanjing Tech University,and to explore the significance and methods of developing first-aid knowledge and skills training for college students under the new media model.Methods A random sampling survey was conducted among 550 first-year and fourth-year students.500 valid questionnaires were collected.Results 90.0%(450/500)of the students obtained first-aid information via the internet,43.6%(218/500)learned first-aid knowledge via the internet,31.8%(159/500)participated in first-aid training.77.4%(387/500)of the students were willing to follow WeChat accounts on emergency knowledge and expected such accounts to push first aid knowledge,75.2%(376/500)expected such accounts to also push healthy living knowledge;43.6%(218/500)desired WeChat content in the forms of animation,video and audio;38.8%(194/500)preferred in the form of graphics.85.7%(156/182)of female students were in demand of first-aid knowledge,while male students accounted for 32.4%(103/318),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=39.23,P<0.01).Conclusions College students'first-aid knowledge needs to be strengthened,and new media is a favorable form for popularizing emergency training.
