摘 要:目的探讨自主参与式教学法在部队基层卫生员培训中的应用及其教学效果。方法选取2017-04至2018-08基层卫生员培训班132人,按班级分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用自主参与式教学法,对照组采取传统的教学方法组织教学。教学内容为战救五大技术(止血、包扎、固定、搬运、心肺复苏),比较两组理论知识及综合实践能力考核成绩,并以问卷形式评估教学效果。结果试验组理论得分为(39.42±3.81)分,高于对照组的(35.12±3.93)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);操作考核中,试验组战救五大技术得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自主参与式教学模式十个项目总体满意度为98.8%,高于传统教学模式的94.8%,但两组差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.269,P=0.604);十个项目教学评价中,提高观察能力满意度最高,且两组差异具有统计学意义(Z=3.274,P=0.001)。结论自主参与式教学能够提高卫生员的自主学习能力和学习成绩,在基层部队卫生员培训中起到了积极作用,可在基层卫生员培训中进行推广。Objective The objective of this study was to explore the application of autonomous participation teaching method in the training of primary health workers in the army and its teaching effect.Methods A total of 132 primary health workers in training classes from April 2017 to August 2018 were selected.The classes were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the autonomous participation teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching content included five basic skills of combat rescue(hemostasis,bandaging,fixation,transport,cardiopulmonary resuscitation).The results of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive practical ability assessment were compared between the two groups,and the teaching effect was evaluated using questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was(39.42±3.81),which was higher than that of the control group(35.12±3.93),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the operation assessment,the scores of five techniques of combat rescue in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of 10 items of autonomous participation teaching was 98.8%,which was higher than that of traditional teaching mode(94.8%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.269,P=0.604);among the 10 items of teaching evaluation,the satisfaction rate of improving observation ability was the highest,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=3.274,P=0.001).Conclusions Autonomous participation teaching can improve the self-learning ability and academic performance of health workers.It plays an active role in the training of primary army health workers and can be promoted.
