摘　　要：目的:对医院的临床路径变异衡量指标进行探究,希望找到一种方法,能够实现变异分析多个角度进行,为医院在后期评价临床路径实施效果方面提供可参考的依据。方法:从新疆某三级综合医院病案HIS信息系统收集2013年1月—2018年6月住院患者变异信息,对数据进行分析。结果:采取多种措施,通过一年的运行,变异情况明显下降。结论:变异是联系临床医疗过程和医疗结果的纽带,能够反映在医疗过程中医院系统、医务人员或临床路径本身需要改进和完善的部分。通过实施严格全面的变异管理,与医护相关的变异和与系统相关的变异发生率能够在我院明显降低。Objectices:Through studying the measurable indicators of clinical path variation in the central hospital of Karamay city, this paper is to find a way to analyze the variation from many perspectives,so as to provides the references of evaluating the effects of clinical path for the hospital in the later periods. Methods:The information of inpatients with variation was collected from the HIS infor. mation system in the Tertiary General Hospital in Sinkiang from January 2013 to December 2017,after which the data was analyzed. Results:A variety of measures were taken all year round and the variation significantly decreased. Conclusions:Variation is a link be. tween clinical medical processes and medical outcomes,which can be reflected in the improvement of hospital system,the medical staff or the clinical path itself during the medical procedures. Through the implementation of strict and comprehensive variation man. agement,the incidence of related mutants and systems related to health care can be significantly reduced in our hospital.
