摘 要:本文首先介绍了我国水产品生鲜电商行业的发展现状,其次对国内水产品电商进行了分类。然后着眼于盒马鲜生这一水产品生鲜电商新模式,对盒马鲜生相关问卷调研进行分析,发现盒马鲜生存在着支付方式不便利,门店质量良莠不齐等诸多问题,最后针对这些问题提出了相关建议,以期能为希望借鉴盒马鲜生水产品销售模式的水产品企业提供参考。This article first introduced the development of China's fresh seafood e -commerce industry, and then classified the domestic e-commerce of aquatic products. In the second half of the article, focusing on the new model of fresh seafood e-commerce by Freshhema, after analyzing the questionnaire survey of Freshhema, we found that Freshhema lived in a way that was inconvenient for payment and lacked offline marketing. Problems, combined with the analysis of the previous article put forward relevant recommendations, in order to provide reference for aquatic products companies wishing to draw on the sales model of the Freshhema aquatic products.
