摘 要:研究太湖地区宜兴市围网(高踏网)渔船的渔业生产与经济效益。结果显示,随着渔船总功率的增加,捕捞利润并非呈现递增趋势;从经济效率看,中功率组渔船的捕捞效益最高。雇员的增加并未带来渔船利润的上升,该渔业生产中存在人力资源投入过度的现象。根据以上研究结果,建议太湖围网渔业的管理政策应重视减少大功率渔船与超大功率渔船,将渔船的总功率控制在20-40kW之内。积极引导和帮助渔民转产转业是太湖围网捕捞渔业发展的政策选择。This paper studies the fishery production and economic benefits of the seine fishing vessels in Yixing city. The results of the study show that the fishing profits do not show an increasing trend with the increase of the total power of seine fishing vessels;from the perspective of economic efficiency, seine fishing vessels of the medium power group have the highest fishing efficiency. The fishing profits are not growing with the increase in employees. Based on the above findings, it is suggested that the fishery management policy of the purse seine in Taihu Lake should focus on the reduction of high-power seine fishing vessels and ultra-high-power seine fishing vessels. The total power of the seine fishing vessels should be controlled within 20-40kW. It is a policy option to guide and assist fishermen to transfer to new industry in order to develop the seine fishery in Taihu Lake.
