摘  要:分别以MCM-41和SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法制备了具有不同孔径的Zr-MCM-41和Zr-SBA-15催化剂,结合N_2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射、电子透射显微镜、NH_3-程度升温脱附等技术,研究了孔结构对肉桂醛MPV转移加氢性能的影响。结果表明,酸性质相近的两个催化剂上,具有较大孔径的Zr-SBA-15表现出较好的催化性能,其肉桂醛转化率为91.3%,目标产物肉桂醇选择性达到91.6%,明显高于Zr-MCM-41的82.5%与90.0%。这主要归因于Zr-SBA-15较大的孔径尺寸有利于反应分子的扩散,能够有效提高反应速率,使其显示出高的催化活性。Zr-MCM-41 and Zr-SBA-15 catalysts with different pore sizes were prepared by impregnation method using MCM-41 and SBA-15 as supports,respectively.Effects of pore structure on conversion of cinnamaldehyde in MPV transfer hydrogenation wer investigated by N 2 physical adsorption,X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and temperature programmed desorption of NH 3(NH 3-TPD).The results showed that Zr-SBA-15 and Zr-MCM-41 had similar acid properties,while Zr-SBA-15 with larger pore size showed better catalytic performance.Conversion of cinnamaldehyde on Zr-SBA-15 catalyst reached 91.3%and selectivity of cinnamyl alcohol reached 91.6%,which was significantly higher than that on Zr-MCM-41,82.5%and 90%respectively.This was mainly because larger pore size of Zr-SBA-15 was conducive to the diffusion of reactant molecules,which effectively increased the reaction rate and activity.
