摘 要:新版《城市居住区规划设计标准》(后文称《标准》)于2018年试行,与《城市居住区规划设计规范》(后文称《规范》)相比,《标准》第四章新增对低、多层高密度住宅的相关指标要求,这对于居住区规划设计,尤其是历史街区的保护和更新有重要意义和影响。文章针对性分析了相关指标的变化,研究其对于街区肌理、居住环境等范畴的影响,探寻《标准》实施后低、多层高密度住宅布局形态的可能性和可行性,得出相关结论。Standard for urban residential area planning&design was put into practice in 2018.Compared with Code of urban residential areas planning&design,chapter IV of Standard adds new requirements for Low high-density housing,which has great significance and influence on the protection and renewal of historic blocks.This paper analyses the impact caused by the changes of relevant indicators on the area of block texture and living environment,explores the possibility and feasibility of the layout of low high-density residential buildings after the implementation of the Standard,and finally draws relevant conclusions.
