摘  要:采用两步熔融聚合法制备出一种同时具备阳离子可染和阻燃效应的新型尼龙6(PA6)。通过在PA6大分子链段中引入具有双羧基官能团的间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠(5-SSIPA),得到阳离子可染PA6(CD-PA6),再加入三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MCA)作为有机阻燃单体制得。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重分析等手段表征,证实5-SSIPA和MCA分散在PA6基体中。染色实验证实5-SSIPA的加入使得PA6阳离子染料的上染率高,最高可达96. 79%,且色彩亮丽;阻燃性能测试结果显示MCA的加入使MCA/CD-PA6极限氧指数最高可达27,发烟减小且无黑烟,熔滴现象较不明显。MCA/CD-PA6 composites were synthesized by the two-step-melt polymerization, in which firstly cationic dyeable polyamide 6(CD-PA6) was prepared with sodium salt from 5-sulfoisphthalic acid (5-SSIPA), and then melamine cyanurate (MCA),as efficient flame retardant, was blended into the reaction. The results indicate that SEM,FT-IR,XRD,and TGA were applied to prove the dispersion of 5-SSIPA and MCA in the polyamide 6 matrix. Incorporating 5-SSIPA creates more amorphous regions and the dyeing rate rises up easily, the highest rate is 96. 79% and the color is bright. The flame retardant test show that with appropriate addition of the MCA content, the limit oxygen index reaches up to 27, smoked less,generated no more black smoke, droplet phenomenon is slightly, and the flame resistance is greatly improved.
