摘 要:以介孔分子筛SBA-15、聚己二酸己二醇酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸等为主要原料制备了介孔分子筛/水基聚氨酯(SBA-15/WPU)复合乳液。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱及X射线衍射对SBA-15及SBA-15/WPU复合乳液进行表征,并对乳液的热性能、力学性能及耐水性进行测试。结果表明,SBA-15均匀分散在WPU基体中,充当物理交联点,与氨酯键形成氢键或化学键,使聚氨酯体系交联度增大,相分离程度增加,且WPU在SBA-15孔道中发生聚合反应。热性能分析表明,当热失重率为50%时,0. 2%SBA-15/WPU的失重温度比WPU高26. 7℃,表明SBA-15可提高WPU的耐热性能。力学性能和耐水性测试数据表明,SBA-15质量分数为0. 2%时,复合材料力学性能和耐水性最佳。SBA-15/WPU复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别是纯WPU的1. 91倍和0. 77倍。Series stable mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15/waterborne polyurethane(SBA-15/WPU)hybrid emulsion was prepared with SBA-15,polyhexamethylene adipate glycol,isophorone diisocyanate and dimethyl-olpropionic acid. SEM, TEM, FT-IR and XRD were used to characterize SBA-15 and SBA-15/WPU hybrid e-mulsion. The thermal property, mechanical property and the water resistance of the composite were measured. The results show that SBA-15 could uniformly disperse in WPU hybrid emulsion, forming hydrogen bonds or chemical bonds as physical crosslinking points with urethane linkages. It improves the degree of crosslinking and phase separation of the composite. Furthermore,the polymerization reaction is observed in SBA-15 pore channel. TG analysis results show that 50% mass loss temperatures of 0. 2% SBA-15/WPU hybrid emulsion is improved 26. 7℃ compared with WPU. The mechanical properties and water resistance of the composites are the best with the SBA-15 addition amount of 0. 2%. The tensile strength and elongation at break are 1. 91 times and 0. 77 times respectively larger than WPU.
