摘 要:详细分析了导纸辊零件在阳极氧化着色过程中,出现尺寸超差及着色不良的原因,并提出解决的办法。经过验证发现:导纸辊零件阳极氧化后导电端内孔的平均膜层厚度小于自由端内孔的,并且随着氧化温度的降低,导电端和自由端内孔的平均长膜差距逐渐减小,氧化膜微孔中残留的硫酸影响零件的着色效果,增加水洗时间和提高氧化温度可以改善氧化膜的染色质量,导纸辊零件的最优氧化温度为8℃。This paper analyses the reasons for the oversize and poor dyeing of the paper guide roller parts in the process of anodic oxidation,and puts forward the solutions.After the verification,it is found that the average film thickness of the inner hole of the conductive is less than that of the free end after hard anodic oxidation of the paper guide roller parts.With the decrease of oxidation temperature,the gap of the average film between the conductive and the free end decreases gradually.The residual sulfuric acid in the micropore of the oxide film affects the dyeing effect of the parts.Increasing the washing time and the oxidation temperature could improve the dyeing quality of the oxide film.The optimum oxidation temperature of the paper guide roller parts is 8℃.
