摘　　要：目的探讨β2微球蛋白、胱抑素C在肾损伤介入治疗后的水平变化及意义。方法 44例肾脏外伤需介入治疗的病例及40例正常人群动态监测β2微球蛋白及胱抑素C的数值,并进行比较。结果介入栓塞术前、术后1周、术后1月,观察组血清β2-MG水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后2月、术后3月,2组血清β2-MG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。介入栓塞术前、术后1周,观察组血清Cys-C水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入栓塞术后,观察组患者血清Cys-C水平呈逐渐下降趋势;术后1月、术后2月、术后3月,2组血清Cys-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾损伤后,Cys C、β2-MG水平增高(P<0.05),敏感反映出肾损伤的病情变化。介入栓塞治疗后,Cys C、β2-MG有逐渐下降的趋势。术后对于Cys C、β2-MG的检测分析,提示保留肾脏后,肾功能有效恢复。Objective To explore the level ofβ2-MG and Cys-C in renal injury after interventional therapy and the significance of these changes.Methods The levels ofβ2-MG and Cys-C in 44 cases of renal injury treated with interventional therapy and 40 normal cases were dynamically tested and compared.Results The levels ofβ2-MG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group one week after operation and one month after operation(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences inβ2-MG levels between 2 months after operation and 3 months after operation(P >0.05).The serum levels of Cys-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group both before and one week after interventional therapy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After interventional therapy,the serum Cys-C level in the observation group decreased gradually.There was no significant difference in serum Cys-C levels between the two groups 1 month,2 months and 3 months after operation(P >0.05).Conclusion After renal injury,the levels ofβ2-MG and Cys-C are higher than those of the control group.(P<0.05),which are indicators of the renal injury changes.After interventional embolization,the levels ofβ2-MG and Cys-C decreased gradually.The detection and analysis ofβ2-MG and Cys-C suggest that renal function can recover effectively after interventional therapy.
