摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜成人腹股沟疝补片修补术和开放腹股沟疝无张力修补术疗效,探讨腹腔镜成人腹股沟疝补片修补术的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年5月至2018年7月在六安市第二人民医院普外科一病区治疗的74例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,随机分为腹腔镜组和开放组。记录并分析2组术式的手术时间、术后恢复正常活动时间、住院天数、住院费用、术后疼痛程度、并发症的发生和术后疼痛评分。结果腹腔镜组的术中出血量、住院时间、术后恢复正常活动时间和术后疼痛评分均显著低于开放组(P <0.01或P <0.05)。腹腔镜组的手术时间和住院费用要显著高于开放组(P <0.01)。术后腹腔镜组共发生2例并发症,并发症发生率为5.26%(2/38);开放组共发生9例,并发症发生率为25.00%(9/36);腹腔镜组的并发症发生率显著低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.493,P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床治疗效果比开放式无张力疝修补术更优,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得应用推广。Objective Making comparison of open tension-free hernia repair and laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia,and to explore the clinical value of laparoscopic hernia repair.Methods 74 cases of inguinal hernia treated in Department of General Surgery in the Second People's Hospital of Lliu'an City from May 2015 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group and the open group.The operation time,postoperative recovery time,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,postoperative pain degree,complications and postoperative pain scores were recorded and analyzed.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stay,postoperative recovery time and postoperative pain score in the laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those in the open group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The operative time and hospitalization expenses in the laparoscopic group were significantly higher than those in open group(P<0.01).There were 2 complications in the laparoscopic group(5.26%),9 in the open group(25.00%),and the incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the open group(χ^2=2.493,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair is more effective than open tension-free hernia repair in the
