摘　　要：文章介绍了农业科研院所科研成果转化发展现状,并指出农业科研院所在科研成果转化方面存在的问题:成果转化内控制度不健全、成果转化过程管理不规范、成果转化收益管理不规范。文章还提出了农业科研院所科研成果转化相应的对策:要完善成果转化制度,要加强成果转化过程监督管理,要加强科研成果的收益管理。This paper introduces the present situation of the transformation of scientific research achievements of agricultural research institutes,and points out the problems existing in the transformation of scientific research achievements of agricultural research institutes.he internal control system of the transformation of scientific research achievements is not perfect,the management of the process of the transformation of scientific research achievements is not standardized,and the management of the income from the transformation of scientific research achievements is not standardized.The paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the transformation of scientific research achievements in agricultural research institutes.Secondly,strengthen the supervision and management of achievement transformation process.Finally,income management of scientific research achievements should be strengthened.
