摘　　要：文章简述了国家科学技术进步奖概念,结合农业科技实际,分析了国家奖励农业科技进步一等奖的概况及其特点,并对国家农业科技进步一等奖典型案例进行剖析,为组织国家重大科技项目、获国际先进水平科技成果提供新的启示。This paper briefly introduces the concept of the National Scientific and technological Progress Award,analyzes the general situation and characteristics of the first National Award for Agricultural Scientific and technological Progress in combination with the reality of agricultural science and technology,and analyzes the typical cases of the first National Award for Agricultural Scientific and technological Progress.For the organization of national major scientific and technological projects,the international advanced level of scientific and technological achievements to provide new enlightenment.
