庄河市野生槲寄生的质量评定

摘　　要：对庄河市野生槲寄生进行质量评价,为今后进一步研究和开发该资源奠定基础。参照2015版《中华人民共和国药典》规定的相关方法,对其进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分测定;以紫丁香苷为对照品,对其进行含量测定。结果显示庄河市野生槲寄生总灰分为7.5%;水分5.7%;紫丁香苷含量为0.019%。庄河市产槲寄生水分含量为5.7%、总灰分含量为4.6%、酸不溶性灰分2.2%,符合《药典》的要求;醇溶性浸出物含量为14.6%,不符合《药典》规定的含量20.0%的要求,紫丁香苷含量0.019%,低于《药典》的要求,故庄河市野生槲寄生不能按照《药典》的要求入药。In order to protect the region's resources Viscum coloratum,and reasonable development and utilization of the plant resources,development of zhuanghe Chinese medicine industry,it is necessary to evaluate its quality and lay a foundation for further research and development in the future.This experiment is based on the relevant methods stipulated in the 2015 edition of the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,and adopts the traditional method to identify the source,character and microscopic identification of Viscum coloratum in zhuanghe city.According to the physical and chemical methods prescribed in the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,the water,total ash and acid insoluble ash were determined.The content of lilactin was measured.Experimental results showed that the total ash content of Viscum coloratum in zhuanghe was7.5%.Moisture 5.7%.The content of lilac in high performance liquid phase was 0.019%.Through the study of Viscum coloratum,the total ash content was 2.9%.Moisture 10.5%;It was found that the content of lilactin in zhuanghe was not in accordance with the pharmacopoeia,so it could not be used as Viscum coloratum.
