摘  要:针对目前矿山水仓清挖劳动强度大、作业环境恶劣、生产效率低下等问题,提出智能化水仓清挖系统,通过实现遥控操作、无人值守,可极大减轻作业者的劳动强度,改善劳动环境,提高生产效率。探讨了智能化水仓清挖系统的组成、主要设备及关键技术。通过对无线遥控清仓机及智能化脱水系统的技术研究,实现清仓机及脱水系统的遥控操作控制功能,为实现水仓清挖智能化提供了可靠的技术支撑。In view of the problems such as high labor intensity,harsh working environment and low production efficiency in mine water storage and clearance,the intelligent water storage and clearance system was put forward.By remote control operation and unattended operation,the labor intensity of operators can be greatly reduced,labor environment can be improved and production efficiency can be improved.The composition,main equipment and key technology of intelligent water cleaning system were discussed.Through the technical research of wireless remote cleaning machine and intelligent dewatering system,the function of remote operation and control of dewatering machine and dewatering system was realized,which provides reliable technical support for realizing the intelligentization of water warehouse clearance.
