摘 要:为研究刨削过程中刨刀和牵引块的强度,基于刨刀及刨链的力学模型,结合煤层赋存条件,对刨煤机顶、底刀以及刨链的受力进行了计算。利用多软件建立刨煤机多体模型,通过对其顶、底刀以及牵引块进行动态仿真,得到了刨刀和牵引块的应力分布,其中刨刀与刀座拐角联接位置、牵引块底部矩形楔孔位置受力较大。根据仿真结果对刨刀和牵引块进行局部结构改进,改进后刨刀和牵引块的受力得到较大的改善。In order to study the strength of plow bit and traction block in the cutting process,the force of the plow bit and the plow chain were calculated according to the mechanical model,combined with coal seam conditions.Multibody model of coal plow was established by using multi software.The stress distribution of plow bit and traction block were obtained according the dynamic simulation,the stress at the connecting point of the plow bit with its holder and the bottom position of traction block rectangular wedge hole were stronger than other positions.According to the simulation result,the partial structural improvement of the plow bit and traction block has been carried out,and the stress state of the plow bit and traction block have been greatly improved.
