摘  要:掘进机一运和星轮由阀控液压马达驱动,泵控马达较阀控马达的能量利用率高。基于现有的轴向柱塞泵,实现泵控一运和星轮马达就需要多台泵才能实现。提出了新的泵控马达解决方案,重新设计液压泵的配流机构,通过仿真分析和试验,改造后轴向柱塞泵不同压油口的压力、流量特性互不影响,结果表明改造方案是可行的,实现了1台泵当作2个独立的动力源使用。The transportation and the star wheel of tunneling equipment were driven by the valve-controlled hydraulic motor.The pump-controlled motor has higher energy utilization ratio than the valve-controlled motor.Based on the existing axial piston pump,transportation and star wheel motors need multiple pumps to achieve.A new solution of pump-controlled motor was put forward,and the valve distribution mechanism of hydraulic pump was redesigned.Through simulation analysis and experiment,the pressure and flow characteristics of different pressure orifices of axial piston pump were not affected each other.The results show that the transformation scheme is feasible and one pump can be used as two independent power sources.
