摘  要:大型外动颚式破碎机,将传统破碎机的动颚板设计进行了改动,具有破碎比大、外形低矮、破碎力大、生产能力高、衬板寿命长的特点。分析了该设备的工作原理和结构特点,建立了分体式机架的有限元分析模型,并对分体式机架进行了设计与优化,获取了最优设计参数,有效降低了机架的总质量,同时显著改善了机架的应力分布均匀度,为拆分式外动颚式破碎机的性能分析和结构设计改进提供理论参考和技术支持。The outer moving jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio,low profile,big crushing force,high production capacity,long life of liner and so on.The moving jaw design of traditional crusher has been changed.The working principle and structural characteristics of the equipment were analyzed.The finite element analysis of the machine’s split type chassis was established,and the chassis is designed and optimized.The optimal design parameters effectively reduce the overall mass and significantly improve the uniformity of the stress distribution of the frame.It provides theoretical reference and technical support for the performance analysis and structural design improvement of outer moving jaw crusher.
