摘　　要：断齿是矿用减速机齿轮一种主要的失效形式,直接决定了减速机的使用寿命和开机率。研究分析了影响齿轮断齿的各项因素,从设计、工艺、制造、材料金相组织几个方面找出了导致齿轮断齿的根本原因,最终解决了齿轮断齿的问题。The gear broken of reducer is a primary failure mode.It decides directly lifetime and efficiency of reducer.Researched and analysised all factors of gear broken.Finally found the root cause of gear broken from design,craft,manufacture,metallographic structure,solved the difficult problem of gear broken.
