摘 要:采煤机是煤矿生产中的主要设备,在煤炭开采中起到了重要的作用。液压系统担负着采煤机调高以及制动等方面的作用,对采煤效率以及生产安全等方面起到了决定性作用。以采煤机液压系统为主要研究对象,采用模糊理论建立采煤机液压系统故障检测专家系统,对系统的整体框架进行设计,通过对数据进行仿真分析并对比,验证本系统故障检测的准确性,对采煤机液压系统故障检测技术有着一定的推进作用。As an important construction machinery in the coal mining industry,coal mining machinery plays an important role in coal mining.The hydraulic system is responsible for the height adjustment of the shearer and the dynamic braking,which plays a decisive role in coal mining efficiency and production safety.The hydraulic system of shearer was taken as the main research object.The fuzzy theory was used to establish the fault diagnosis expert system of the shearer hydraulic system.The overall framework of the system was designed.The data was simulated and compared to verify the fault diagnosis accuracy of the system.The coal mining machine hydraulic system fault diagnosis technology has a certain role in promoting.
