摘  要:为了快速准确地诊断连续采煤机冷却喷雾系统的故障,开发了一个故障诊断专家系统。该系统采用GA-PSO混合优化模糊神经网络方法,将VC++6.0作编程平台、SQL SERVER2000作为数据库,在内部嵌入MATLAB7.1。系统具有良好的操作界面和人机交互功能,能随时反应连续采煤机冷却喷雾系统的运行状态、准确地分析和正确地判断其故障,为降低连续采煤机冷却喷雾系统的故障率、减少维修时间、提高机器的工作可靠性和生产率、改善其使用性能奠定了坚实的基础。In order to diagnose quickly and effectively failures of a continuous miner cooling-spray system,a failure diagnosis expert system of the continuous miner cooling-spray system was developed.By using GA-PSO hybrid optimization fuzzy neural network method into fault diagnosis,taking VC++6.0 as a programming platform,using SQL SERVER 2000 as database,embedding MATLAB7.1 in the internal,the system is with a simple man-machine interface and a good man-machine dialogue function,can always react the continuous shearer cooling spray system running state at any time and analyze accurately and judgment correctly cooling spray system failures of the continuous shearer,which laid a solid foundation for reducing the failure rate,saving maintenance time,raising working reliability and productivity,improving the performance of the continuous shearer.
