摘  要:主、从动螺杆作为三螺杆泵的核心工作零件,其机械性能的研究对三螺杆泵工作能力的提升有着重要的意义。利用SolidWorks三维建模软件完成三螺杆泵主、从动螺杆的三维建模,在ANSYS Workbench平台利用Static Structural模块完成主、从动螺杆的受力加载及静力学分析,得到了主、从动螺杆在额定工作压力下的应力分布和变形情况。分析结果表明,在额定工作压力下,从吸入腔到排出腔,主、从动螺杆的应力逐渐增大,总体变形量逐渐增大,在从动螺杆排出腔的尖角处出现了应力集中现象。The main screw and the slave screw are the core working parts of the three-screw pump.It is significant to study their mechanical properties and improve the working ability of the three-screw pump.The 3D modeling of the main and slave screws of the three-screw pump was completed by Solid Works 3D modeling software.The force loading and static analysis of the main and slave screws were completed by the Static Structural module on ANSYS Workbench platform.Stress distribution and strain situation of the main and slave screws under the rated working pressure are obtained.The analysis results show that under the rated use pressure,the stress and strain of main and slave screws increase from enerance to exportation,and stress concentration occurs at the sharp corner of the driven screw discharge chamber.
