摘  要:填料塔在稳态下应用广泛,但是在摇摆条件下气液分布不均,限制了其在离岸海洋平台上的应用。通过水力学测试和MATLAB等软件,考察了摇摆周期、摇摆角度和气液比率对填料塔液体分布性能的影响,得到精确的液体分散状态,对于摇摆状态下填料塔的设计具有重大参考意义。The packing column is widely used in steady state, its application in marine offshore conditions is limited due to the gas-liquid maldistribtion in non-steady state. In this paper, the influence of swing cycles, swing angles and gas-liquid ratios on liquid dispersibility was investigated by hydraulics test and MATLAB software. The exact dispersion state of liquid was obtained, which could contribute to the further design and development of the swing state packed column equipment.
