摘 要:实验研究了在p H=3.6的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-HCl缓冲液中,盐酸地尔硫卓与伊红可形成稳定的电荷转移络合物,据此建立了盐酸地尔硫卓荷移光度分析的新方法。络合物最大吸收波长为550 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.61×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,其线性方程为Y=0.488 3X+0.024 5,相关系数,R=0.999 8,盐酸地尔硫卓的量在1.5~7.5 mg·L-1质量浓度范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,该法选择性和重现性好,灵敏度较高,可用于快速检测药品中盐酸地尔硫卓的含量。A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of diltiazem hydrochloride was established based on the charge transfer reaction between diltiazem hydrochloride and eosin Y in pH=3.6 potassium hydyogen phthalate-HCl. The results showed that the apparent molar absorptivity of the color complex was 4.61×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 550 nm. The linear regression equation was Y=0.488 3X+0.024 5, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the adsorption conformed to Lambert-Beer law in the range of 1.5~7.5 mg·L-1.The method is simple, rapid, high sensitive and suitable for determination of diltiazem hydrochioride content in medicine.
