离子膜片碱装置国产化的思考与展望

摘　　要：综述了我国烧碱生产及技术发展现状。介绍了国产离子膜片碱装置的发展历程:从引进装置到针对引进装置存在的问题进行改进,最终达到成套国产化。对国产化装置的技术改进系统剖析,提出国产化装置的技术提升思路。The production situation and technical development of caustic soda in China were reviewed.The development of equipment for production of ion-exchange membrane flake caustic soda in China experienced three phases,i.e.the introduction of the equipment,the improvement to solve the problems existing in the introduced equipment,and the domestic manufacture of the complete set.The development history was introduced.The technical improvements on domestic equipment were systematically analyzed.The ideas about technical upgrading of domestic equipment was put forward.
