摘 要:为了明确地锦褐斑病的病原,为该病的深入研究及防治提供理论支撑,采用单孢分离、柯赫氏法则并结合分子系统学方法,对地锦叶片褐斑病病原菌进行分离鉴定。结果表明:引起地锦褐斑病的病原菌为地锦叶点霉(Phyllosticta partricuspidatae);发病特征为病斑圆形或不规则形,大小3~20mm,病部植物组织坏死,病斑正面中央浅褐色至黄褐色,边缘深褐色;散生或轮生小黑点(分生孢子器);病斑背面与正面色泽一致,也能产生分生孢子器,严重时多个病斑融合形成大斑。In order to clear diagnosis and provide theoretical support to research and control,pathogen of brown patch from leaves of Parthenocissus tricuspidata was identified by single spore isolation,the Koch's Postulation and molecular systematics.Results:Pathogen of brown patch of P.tricuspidata was Phyllosticta partricuspidatae.Disease spots were round or irregular shape with necrosis of plant tissue(3-20 mm).The center of disease spots was light brown and filemot,and round of disease spots was dark brown.Smoll dark spots(Pycnidium)were whorled.The face and back side of disease spots had solid colour,which could product Pycnidium.Finally,many disease spots were formed big spot.
