摘　　要：高新技术产业开发区是推动山西创新产业发展过程中的重要载体,科技金融是建设高新技术产业开发区的重要支撑,是缓解高新技术企业融资难的重要手段。近年来通过不断创新金融产品和金融服务,山西高新技术产业开发区相比之前发展取得了进步,但融资困难依旧是其发展的最大瓶颈,因此研究如何创新科技金融发展模式,充分发挥科技金融对山西高新技术产业开发区推动作用有重要意义。通过分析硅谷、索菲亚、中关村等其他高新区典型的科技金融发展模式,并结合山西高新区科技金融发展的现状,对比梳理出山西高新区科技金融存在的问题,提出了丰富融资方式、推动金融机构多元化等促进山西高新技术产业开发区科技金融发展的对策和建议。High-Tech Industrial Development Zone are important carriers of promoting the development of innovative industries in Shanxi Province.Science and technology(Sci-tech)finance is an important support for the construction of High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and an important means to alleviate the financing difficulties of high-tech enterprises.In recent years,High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Shanxi has made much more progress than before through continuous innovation of financial products and financial services.However,financing trouble is still the biggest bottleneck during their development.As a result,it is significant to research on how to innovate the development mode of sci-tech finance and bring it into full play.This article firstly analyzes typical sci-tech finance development modes of High-Tech Industrial Development Zones,such as Silicon Valley,Sophia and Zhongguancun.Then the article explores problems of Shanxi high-tech industrial parks in sci-tech finance based on its present situation and proposes some suggestions to improve sci-tech finance for Shanxi high-tech industrial parks from the aspects of enriching financing methods,diversifying financial institutions and so on.
