摘　　要：乡村休闲旅游移动云服务平台建设是一个复杂工程,既有乡村休闲旅游产业模式及内容与移动云服务平台等信息技术应用的深度关联与融合研究,也包括有效管理建设中的进度、成本、质量等关键问题考量。将信息系统项目管理的理论应用到平台建设上是一个保证平台质量的有效途径。基于滚动式、流程化的工作分解结构设计思路和WBS方法,多维度地描述监控乡村休闲移动云服务平台实现过程。通过合理设置WBS及监控点,能够及时发现并防止进度成本关联性偏差,确保平台质量。Rural leisure tourism mobile cloud service platform construction is a complex project.It has the research on the deep correlation and integration between the rural leisure and tourism industry model and content and the application of information technology such as mobile cloud service platform.It also includes effective management of the progress,cost,quality and other key issues in the construction of consideration,information system project management theory applied to the platform construction is an effective way to ensure the quality of the platform.This paper puts forward the idea of WBS design based on rolling and process-based,describes the implementation process of monitoring rural leisure mobile cloud service platform in a multi-dimensional way based on WBS method,and through the reasonable setting of WBS and monitoring points,it can timely discover and prevent the deviation of schedule cost correlation and ensure the quality of the platform.
