摘　　要：读到贵刊2018年第10期"浅谈绿色住宅的品质提升"一文,颇受启发。对文章中所提及的"某使用频率很高的标准户型"指出其缺陷,对此类户型仍在各地"批量"建设,感到心忧。呼吁相关管理部门应引起高度重视,加强住宅基础性研究,杜绝那些明显在设计上存在使用隐患的住宅户型。I have been inspired by the article"Brief Discussion on Quality Improvement of Green Houses,’in the 10th issue of 2018.In view of the drawbacks of the"standard residential units with a high using frequency"mentioned in the article,I feel worried over such residential units that are still constructed"in batches".I hope that the relevant management authorities can attach great importance to strengthening of the basic research on housing and eliminating those residential units with obvious hidden design drawbacks.
