摘 要:用标准渐开线电镀CBN硬珩齿刀加工齿轮后,一般情况下在齿轮节圆附近会出现"中凹"误差,但是,"中凹"误差形成的因素很复杂,很难用解析法给出精确的解释,为此,利用Pro/E软件和ANSYS软件,对电镀CBN硬珩齿加工过程进行模拟接触分析,得到齿轮接触面上的等效应力,找到其应力集中的部位,认为该部位即为"中凹"误差产生的地方。并且根据这一区域的数据对齿面进行优化,减少其应力集中现象,通过回归分析,使其接触应力最大值降到整齿啮合过程中的平均值。在制作电镀CBN硬珩齿刀时,对珩齿刀齿面进行必要的修形,消除或减小齿形误差,提高被加工齿轮的加工精度,这对于进一步推广这种珩磨技术具有重要意义。Plating CBN gear-honing-tools processing gear with standard involute,the general vicinity of the workpiece tooth pitch will be a"mid concave"error.For the form factor of the error is more complex,it is difficult to calculate errors with an exact ana-lytical method.To this end,the use of Pro/E and ANSYS software,the contact analysis of plating CBN hard honing process was simulated and the equivalent stress of gear contact surface had been derived.Can find the stress concentration zone in the whole process,and we consider it is the concave error area.According to the data of this region,the tooth surface is optimized,and its stress concentration is reduced.By regression analysis,the maximum contact stress is reduced to the average of the whole tooth engagement process.In the production of plating CBN gear-honing-tools,the necessary tooth surface modification can eliminate or reduce the tooth profile error and improve the accuracy of the machining gears.The promotion of honing technology is important.
