摘 要:专利情报具有重要的技术经济价值,通过对某一领域专利活动进行研究可以分析专利发展历史并预判未来技术发展方向。文章主要面向量子通信领域开展专利分析。通过IncoPat专利检索系统,利用关键词检索并验证,获得量子通信专利数据库。在数据处理的基础上,探讨全球量子通信专利趋势。以美国、日本作为对照,分析我国在量子通信产业领域的优势及劣势。认为政府是量子通信产业发展的关键推动因素,量子通信产业在我国正处于快速发展阶段,我国产业化具有巨大潜力,但企业在专利竞争力上稍显不足,因此,加强企业合作和量子通信复合人才培养,重视量子通信专利竞争监测和预测,对未来我国量子通信产业化发展具有重要的作用。In this paper,through analyzing patent and policies at home and abroad of recent years,finding the problem of Chinese quantum communication in the process of industrialization,in order to provide suggestions for developing Chinese quantum communication industry.Through the IncoPact patent retrieval system,using the keywords to search and verify,it finally obtain the quantum communication patent database.On the basis of data processing,it gets the global quantum communication patent trend.Contrast by the United States and Japan,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese quantum communication industry.The government is the key factor of promoting the industrial development of quantum communication.In China,quantum communication industry develops rapidly and has great potential,but relatively insufficient in patent competitive power of the enterprises.Therefore,strengthening the training of personnel training and paying attention to the competition monitoring and prediction of quantum communication patent are important for the future of our quantum communication industry development.
