工业装置甲醇进料分布器及污水汽提塔堵塞原因的分析及优化

摘　　要：通过对甲醇制烯烃工业装置甲醇进料分布器、气相甲醇管线、污水汽提塔堵塞的焦状物进行分析,得出结论:这些焦状物与污水汽提塔产生的浓缩水和不凝气有关;浓缩水和不凝气中含有的醛、酮类物质,在碱性环境下发生缩聚反应,形成缩聚产物,脱水后成为黑色或褐色,容易堵塞塔盘,引起污水汽提压差增加,堵塞甲醇进料分布器和气相甲醇管线,使得催化剂跑损增加;通过技术改造和污水汽提塔优化,不凝气通过不凝气进料分布管进入反应器进行回炼,而产生的浓缩水全回流至污水汽提塔,甲醇进料分布器和污水汽提塔压差较长时间内维持稳定,效果良好。The results are obtained by analysis of like coke in the feed distributor,gas-phase methanol pipeline and sewage stripper in methanol-to-olefin plant.Generation of like coke is related to the concentrated water and non-condensable gas produced in sewage stripper.Aldehydes and ketones occur polycondensation reaction and generate polycondensation products in the concentrated water and non-condensable gas in the alkaline environment.polycondensation products become black or brown after dehydration,which is easy to plug the tray and increase the differential pressure of sewage stripper,and aslo block the methanol feed distributor and the gas phase methanol pipeline,leading to increase catalystloss in reactor.By technical modification and sewage stripper optimization,non-condensable gas enters the reactor through non-condensable gas feed distribution pipe,and concentrated water totally refluxes to sewage stripper,which the differential pressure of methanol feed distributor and sewage stripperis stable for a long time.
