宫颈球囊扩张与欣普贝生用于妊娠期糖尿病引产的对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨爱婴球囊与欣普贝生(前列腺素E2栓,prostaglandin E2,PGE2)栓用于妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)引产的效果。方法:选择2015年4月至2016年10月妊娠期糖尿病并于妊娠晚期引产。产妇资料140例,按照引产方式分为观察组和对照组各70例。观察组引产用爱婴球囊扩张宫颈引产,对照组产妇进行阴道后穹窿放置欣普贝生促宫颈成熟治疗。对两种方法的促宫颈成熟效果、临产时间、分娩方式、血糖变化及不良反应进行分析比较。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟的效果及阴道分娩率与对照组相近(P>0.05),不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠晚期引产用爱婴球囊宫颈扩张及欣普贝生均可以有效促进宫颈成熟,爱婴球囊宫颈扩张的不良反应少,对妊娠期糖尿病产妇及胎儿均有重要意义,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect about balloon and Pubeisheng(prostaglandin E2 suppository,prostaglandin E2,PGE2)ues for gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)induced labor.Methods:gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2015 to October 2016 and induction of labor in late pregnancy.According to the mode of induction of labor,140 cases were divided into observation group and control group(n=70).The observation group with the mothod of cervical balloon dilation induced labor,control group with the treatment of placed pubeisheng in posterior vaginal fornix to promote cervical ripening.The effects of cervical ripening,labor time,mode of delivery,blood glucose changes and adverse reactions of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results:The effect of cervical ripening and vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were similar to those in the control group(P>0.05),and the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in late pregnancy use balloon dilatation and pubeisheng induced labor both can effectively promote cervical ripening,Adverse reactions with balloon dilatation of the cervix were less than pubeisheng.It has important significance on pregnant women with gestational diabetes and fetals.It is worth popularizing.
