摘 要:针对常见的刚性板状及网状防护壳难以适用于飞轮电池中磁轴承支承高速旋转件的应用场合,在现阶段多孔材料研究的基础上,应用几种典型胞元构型的多孔材料对飞轮电池防护外壳进行设计。运用有限元仿真技术对比了几种不同胞元类型的多孔材料的抗冲击特性;提出了飞轮电池的防护方法;并对防护壳进行了仿真验证校核。结果显示,多孔材料防护壳性能可满足飞轮电池防护要求。The currently widely seen rigid plate-like and mesh-shaped protective shell is difficult to apply in high-speed rotating parts supported by magnetic bearing in the flywheel battery.Based on the research of porous materials at the present stage,this paper designs the flywheel battery protective shell using porous materials of several typical cell configurations.The finite element simulation technique is used to compare the impact resistance of several different cell types of porous materials;a protection method of flywheel battery is proposed;and the protective shell is verified by simulation.The results show that the performance of the protective material of the porous material can meet the protection requirements of the flywheel battery.
