摘  要:为考察不同强度理论下自紧身管强度的差异,对基于第三强度理论、第四强度理论开端、第四强度理论闭端自紧身管加工时、加工后和射击时身管截面应力分布进行了数值仿真,并计算了不同强度理论下某型火炮局部自紧身管的强度。研究标明:不同强度理论下自紧身管截面上应力分布曲线相似;在自紧度相同情况下,基于第三强度理论、第四强度理论开端、第四强度理论闭端的自紧身管强度依次变大。To study the difference of self-tightening tube strength based on different strength theories,this paper carries out numerical simulations of self-tightening tube section stress distribution during processing,postprocessing and firing based on the 3rd strength theory,the 4th strength theory of open-end tube,the 4th strength theory of close-end tube.The local strength of a self-tightening gun tube is calculated.The study indicates that the stress distribution curves on the section of the self-tightening tube are similar under different strength theories;under the same self-tightening condition,the strength of the self-tightening tube is increased based on the 3rd intensity theory,the 4th intensity theory of open-end tube,the 4th intensity theory of close-end tube.
