摘　　要：通过对新型NOV 240 HEX泥浆泵液力端常耗配件缸套、活塞、阀及阀座在实际运行中的失效问题进行分析,总结这些常耗配件的失效原因,提出相应的针对性措施。在以后的生产作业中延长其使用寿命,降低平均无故障间隔时间,降低材料使用成本,提高经济效益。This paper analyzes the failure of the new NOV 240 HEX mud pump hydraulic end consumable parts cylinder liner,piston,valve and valve seat in actual operation.The failure reasons of these consumable parts are summarized.Corresponding measures have been proposed to extend their service life in future production operations,reduce the average time between failures,reduce material use costs,and improve economic efficiency.
