摘 要:以京津冀一体化重点工程——京滨高速铁路工程(宝坻-北辰段)的既有电力线路迁改工作为研究对象,结合对工程施工边界1 km影响范围内的生态环境进行现场调查,分析京滨高速铁路项目(宝坻-北辰段)的既有电力线路迁改对生态系统、景观、动植物、水土保持、水文地质的生态环境影响,并提出工程施工期和运营期对植物、野生动物、景观、水资源的保护修复对策以及相关风险防范措施,为国内同类型高速铁路电力线路迁改的生态环境保护工作提供对策和借鉴。This paper takes the existing power line relocation and reform work of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated key project- Jingbin High-speed Railway Project(Baodi-Beichen Section)as the research object,and conducts on-the-spot investigation on the ecological environment within the influence range of 1 km of the construction boundary.The impact of the existing power line relocation of the Jingbin Expressway Project(Baodi-Beichen Section)on the ecosystem,landscape,flora and fauna,soil and water conservation,hydrogeology is analyzed,and the protection and restoration measures of plant construction period and operation period for plants and wild animals,landscapes,water resources and related risk prevention measures are provided,thus offering countermeasures for the ecological environmental protection work of the same type of high-speed railway power line relocation.
