社区老年人血脂异常与中医体质相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解社区老年人血脂异常与中医体质的关系。方法:从2017年上海虹桥街道社区健康体检居民中选取330名老年人,其中男性129人,占39.09%,平均年龄(76.79±6.22)岁;女性201人,占60.91%,平均年龄(76.02±7.30)岁。分析老年人的血脂异常情况和体质类型。结果:上海虹桥街道社区老年人血脂异常检出率为57.58%;中医体质类型平和质10.30%;偏颇体质主要为气虚质(23.03%),特禀质(13.33%),阳虚质(12.73%),气郁质(12.42%)。在9种中医体质中,血脂异常发生率前四位为阴虚质(82.14%)、气郁质(63.41%)、气虚质(60.53%)、血瘀质(57.69%);将9种体质归类为虚证、实证、平和质、特禀质4类分析发现,平和质组的血脂异常检出率低于其他3组(P<0.05)。结论:正常体质老年人的血脂异常率相对较低。Objective: To understand the relationship between dyslipidemia and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) among the elderly in a community. Methods: Three hundred and thirty elderly people were selected from the community health checkup residents of Hongqiao Community in 2017, among them there were 129 males, accounting for 39.09%, and the average age was (76.79±6.22) years;there were 201 females, accounting for 60.91%, and the average age was (76.02 ±7.30) years. The dyslipidemia situation and constitution types of the elderly were analyzed. Results: The detection rate of dyslipidemia in the elderly in Hongqiao Community was 57.58%;the gentle quality of TCM constitution was 10.30%;the main biased constitutions were Qi deficiency(23.03%), idiosyncrasy(13.33%), Yang deficiency(12.73%) and Qi depression(12.42%);among the 9 constitutions of TCM, the incidence of hyperlipidemia which occurred in the top four of the nine constitutions were Yin deficiency(82.14%), Qi depression(63.41%), Qi deficiency(60.53%) and blood stasis(57.69%);the 9 constitutions were classified as deficiency syndrome, excess syndrome, gentle quality and special quality, and the detection rate of dyslipidemia in gentle quality group was lower than that in other three groups( P <0.05). Conclusion: The dyslipidemia rate in the elderly with normal constitution is relatively low.
