摘 要:目的:分析新生儿溶血病检测情况。方法:将2016年1月至2016年12月在江西新余市妇幼保健院新生儿科进行新生儿溶血三项检查的413例新生儿纳入本研究,通过新生儿溶血三项检查结果,分析新生儿溶血病患儿血型分布情况。结果:在413例新生儿中,有79例被溶血三项检测确诊为ABO/Rh溶血病,检出率为19.13%;其中ABO溶血病73例,Rh溶血病6例。有10例被疑似为ABO/Rh溶血病,检出率为2.42%;其中疑似ABO溶血病9例,疑似Rh溶血病1例。ABO溶血病主要分布于A型血和B型血者,Rh溶血病主要分布于O型血者。结论:在母子血型不合或有黄疸病的新生儿中,溶血病发生率为19.13%,其中ABO溶血病发生率高于Rh溶血病,且ABO溶血病常见于A型血和B型血,Rh溶血病常见于O型血。Objective: To analyze the detection of hemolytic disease of newborn. Methods: From January to December 2016, 413 neonates who underwent three tests for hemolysis of newborn in Neonatal Department of Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xinyu of Jiangxi Province were enrolled in this study. The distribution of blood type in children with hemolytic disease of newborn was analyzed by the results of three tests of hemolysis of newborn. Results: Of the 413 newborns, 79 were diagnosed as ABO/Rh hemolytic disease by three tests of hemolysis, and the detection rate was 19.13%;among them, there were 73 cases of ABO hemolytic disease and 6 cases of Rh hemolytic disease. Ten cases were suspected to be ABO/Rh hemolytic disease, and the detection rate was 2.42%;among them, 9 cases were suspected of ABO hemolytic disease and 1 case was suspected of Rh hemolytic disease. ABO hemolytic disease was mainly distributed in type A blood and type B blood, and Rh hemolytic disease was mainly distributed in type O blood. Conclusion: The incidence of hemolytic disease is 19.13% in newborns with incompatible maternal-child blood type or jaundice, among them, the incidence of ABO hemolytic disease is higher than that of Rh hemolytic disease, and ABO hemolytic disease is common in type A blood and type B blood, and Rh hemolytic disease is common in type O blood.
