多西环素分散片治疗非淋菌尿道炎195例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:评价多西环素分散片治疗非淋菌尿道炎的临床疗效和安全性观察。方法:多西环素分散片治疗沙眼衣原体或/和解脲脲原体感染引起的非淋菌尿道炎患者195例,每次0.1 g,2次/d,连续14 d。结果:195例患者痊愈率46.2%,总有效率86.2%。沙眼衣原体和解脲脲原体病原体转阴率分别为84.6%和86.2%,不良反应率为8.7%。结论:多西环素分散片能有效且安全的治疗非淋菌性尿道炎。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of doxycycline dispersible tablets in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods: Doxycycline dispersible tablets were used at 0.1 g, twice a day to treat 195 patients with non-gonococcal urethritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis or/and Ureaplasma urealyticun infection for 14 days. Results: The cure rate in 195 cases accounted for 46.2%, and the total effective rate was 86.2%. The negative conversion rates of Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticun were 84.6% and 86.2% and the incidence of adverse reactions were 8.7%. Conclusion: Doxycycline dispersible tablets can effectively and safely treat non-gonococcal urethritis.
