摘　　要：通过对1例64岁男性患者使用抗结核药物后出现血小板下降的原因分析,寻找血小板减少的可能原因,为患者用药的安全性和有效性提供指导。The possible reasons of thrombocytopenia were found out by analyzing the manifestation occurred in an elderly male patient used antituberculotics, and we hope a guidance can be provided for the safety and efficacy of medication.
