摘  要:使用废弃黏土砖完全替代天然砂和石子制备全再生混凝土,探究了水胶比、水泥用量、粉煤灰和硅灰取代率对再生混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:降低水胶比和增加水泥用量都能够提升砖骨料混凝土抗压强度、降低含水率和增加干表观密度,但对抗压强度的提升存在上限;粉煤灰虽然具有火山灰活性,但作用发挥较慢,掺加会降低28 d前的力学性能和干表观密度。硅灰的加入会明显提升净浆黏聚性,提升力学性能。The recycled concrete was prepared by using waste clay bricks as coarse and fine aggregates.The influence of water-binder ratio,cement dosage,fly ash and silica fume content on properties of recycled concrete was studied.The results show that with the decrease of water-cement ratio or the increase of cement dosage,the compressive strength and dry apparent density of recycled concrete increase,meanwhile the moisture content decreases.But there is an upper limit on the compressive strength.Since the pozzolanic activity of fly ash plays slower,the addition of fly ash could reduce the compressive strength and dry apparent density of recycled concrete before 28 d.The use of silica fume could improve the cohesiveness of paste obviously,therefore,the compressive strength of recycled concrete is improved.
