南宁市某门诊部患者对HPV疫苗的认知调查和分析

摘　　要：目的:调查公众对HPV和HPV疫苗的认知程度,推进HPV疫苗接种工作。方法:在南宁某门诊部的女性就诊患者中按一定的标准,发放1 000份问卷对符合条件的受访者进行一对一的问卷调查,对问卷调查结果进行描述和统计分析。结果:受访者的HPV知晓率为28. 7%,HPV疫苗的知晓率为40. 2%,不同年龄、居住地、职业、受教育程度和经济状况的受访者的HPV和HPV疫苗知晓率不同,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);受访者愿意接种HPV疫苗的主要原因是"自己可以从中受益"(71. 9%)和"担心不接种会患宫颈癌"(58. 6%),不愿意接种HPV疫苗的主要原因是"认为自己没有患宫颈癌的风险"(31. 0%)和"HPV疫苗的价格昂贵"(28. 5%);受访者了解HPV疫苗信息的主要途径是电视/电台报道、网络宣传、社区公益宣传和医生介绍。结论:公众对HPV和HPV疫苗的认知程度低;应重视影响公众接种HPV疫苗的因素,改进HPV疫苗信息的宣传方法,提高公众的HPV和HPV疫苗知晓率,推进本地区的HPV疫苗接种工作。Objective:To investigate the public awareness of HPV and HPV vaccines and promote the HPV vaccination.Methods:The 1 000 female outpatients in a clinic of Nanning according to certain criteria were selected to conduct a one-to-one questionnaire survey,and the results were described and analyzed statistically.Results:The awareness rate of HPV was 28.7%and that of HPV vaccine was 40.2%.The awareness rate of HPV and HPV vaccine was different among the respondents of different ages,residence,occupation,education and economic status(P<0.05).“benefited themselves”(71.9%)and“fears of cervical cancer”(58.6%)were the main reasons to vaccination.“perceived no risk of cervical cancer”(31.0%)and“high price of HPV vaccine”(28.5%)main reasons for not willing to HPV vaccinate.The main ways for respondents to learn about HPV vaccines were television/radio reports,Internet publicity,community advocacy and doctor’s introduction.Conclusion:The public awareness of HPV and HPV vaccines is low,we should attaches great importance on the influencing factors of HPV vaccination;we also should improve the publicity methods of HPV vaccines to promote the awareness rate of HPV and advance the work of HPV vaccination of local area.
